QCM4-45 Máquina bloquera móvil produces 4 pieces of 8-inch hollow blocks (400×200×200mm) per cycle, molding directly on flat ground with no pallet needed. It can also produce 4-inch, 6-inch, and other sizes of hollow blocks by exchanging the mould. Power supply can be electric or diesel engine.
Este máquina para fabricar bloques uses mold vibration and mechanical demoulding, giving good density and strength while keeping investment cost low — a compact, low-cost entry point into the QCM mobile block machine range.
Condiciones de producción:
- Production site: a flat, open area is sufficient — no pallet storage needed.
- To ensure block quality, a suitable pan or drum mixer is recommended for material preparation.
- Finished blocks should be kept dry and stacked; block maintenance is the same as general concrete.
