LT7-10 Automatic Interlocking Brick Machine

LT7-10 Автоматическая машина для производства блокирующего кирпича is a larger, higher-capacity model in the LONTTO LT clay-press series, sitting above the LT5-10 and LT4-10. It produces 7 clay or soil interlocking bricks per cycle using full hydraulic pressure, and does not require a pallet — bricks are pressed and released directly onto the ground or a stacking area.

The parts of LT7-10 are the same as LT4-10 and LT5-10: soil crusher, soil mixer, belt conveyor, soil screen, host machine, block transfer frame, and PLC control system. It runs on electric or diesel power, and the block mould is precision wire-cut and heat-treated for a longer service life.

LT7-10 can also be used for производство глиняного кирпича, and can produce various types of interlocking clay bricks automatically with hydraulic pressure up to 60MPa, giving bricks high strength and density. All sizes of clay bricks can be produced by changing the block mould — we also supply brick mould design service.
