LT5-10 Clay Compressed Brick Machine

LT5-10 clay compressed bricks machine is developed by LONTTO, this is automatic type machine for clay bricks production. The bricks are burned-free.

For the Parts of LT5-10

The parts of LT5-10 are same as LT4-10, you need to include soil crusher, soil mixer, belt conveyor, soil screen, host machine, block transfer frame, PLC control system.

For the Pressure

We increased the hydraulic pressure to 60MPA and enlarged the hydraulic pump, the LT4-10 pressure is only 30-40MPA. and forming time only need 5-7s. it is higher efficiency than LT4-10.

For the block mould

The mold is cut with high precision and heat treated. Increase the hardness of the mold, the mold is stronger and the service life is longer.

For the power

You can use electric or diesel engine.

For the clay compressed bricks

All size of clay bricks can be produced, just changed the block mould. And we also supply the brick design for you.
