GMT Block Pallets

GMT block pallets are mainly used in block production lines. After bricks are formed by the brick machine, they need a pallet to support them.

At this point, you need to choose a high-quality block pallet, and GMT pallets with excellent performance are your main choice when buying pallets.

There are many types of pallets available on the market, including wooden, bamboo glue, PVC, and the latest environmentally friendly GMT material for GMT block pallets.

Wooden and bamboo glue pallets are not the best choices as they have a lifespan of only up to two years due to fear of humidity and high temperatures.

Although PVC pallets have the same durability and long lifespan as GMT pallets, they are more expensive and much heavier than GMT block pallets.

Therefore, GMT block pallets are currently the best choice for brick machine pallets.

We can custom produce pallets of different sizes according to customer requirements. Generally, the pallet sizes required for small semi-automatic brick machines LMT4-40, LMT4-35, LMT4-26 are 850x450x22mm, 880x480x22mm, and we can also custom produce pallets of 25mm thickness as needed. The common thicknesses of pallets are 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 30mm.

The pallet size for the QT3-20 brick machine is 680x550x22mm, 780x580x22mm, and can arrange 3pcs of blocks (400x200x200mm) at a time.

The pallet size for QT4-18, QT4-25C fully automatic brick machines is 850x550x22mm, 900x580x22mm, and one pallet can hold 4PCS of 8-inch concrete blocks.
